Hi there, We’re Amanda and James, the owners of Nest Share. We have 4 beautiful kids and both grew up on the coast and live locally in Avoca Beach. We have been looking after properties for the last 4 years and run all our 3 businesses by a simple philosophy - Be honest, Be diligent, Be proactive.
We love what we do and have a passion for our beautiful region, the Central Coast. Our experience in Real Estate, Event Planning, Marketing, Cleaning, and Maintenance are what led us to building Nest Share.
When we are not working, our lives are filled up with plenty of fun - hunting for new beaches to enjoy, surfing, kids sport, bushwalking adventures, lunch or dinner with friends and family, or even a sneaky cocktail. So when we recommend something for a guest, its something we have experienced for ourselves.
Our goal is simple: To build a thriving bespoke service that streamlines the management of holiday rentals, putting owners minds at ease and creates effortless, comfortable, and memorable stays for guests.

With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, she keeps operations smooth across multiple properties, balancing logistics and strategy so owners can rest easy knowing their assets are in capable hands.
In addition to her operational expertise, Amanda elevates the guest experience and concierge services with precision and care. From coordinating bespoke experiences to anticipating guest needs, she ensures every stay is exceptional, memorable, and stress-free. ROLE: Administration | Cleaning Management

Kim is the backbone of our operations, expertly managing admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating schedules to handling paperwork, she ensures that every detail is organised and efficient, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In addition, Kim oversees cleaning operations with meticulous attention to detail. She ensures that every property is spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready, setting the standard for comfort and cleanliness. With her dedication and reliability, Kim keeps everything in order so every stay feels effortless and flawless.
James Bridge
ROLE: Marketing | Pricing/Market Research | Maintenance Management
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Marketing Strategist, Real Estate Agent, Maintenance Contractor
James is the strategist behind our MARKETING and PRICING efforts, ensuring each property reaches the right audience and performs at its best. With a keen eye for market trends and a data-driven approach, he maximizes bookings while maintaining competitive rates, helping owners get the most out of their investment.
Beyond marketing, James oversees MAINTENANCE with a proactive mindset, ensuring every property is safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.
